We’re hiring for a Lead position!

$17/hour + tips with Food Manager Certification
$15/hour + tips without certification — and we’ll pay for you to get certified.

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, great with customers, comfortable taking the lead, and able to think on their feet when things get busy.

Applicants must have open availability Monday–Saturday between 9 AM and 6 PM and be available year-round. This does not mean you’ll work all six days or work 9–6 every day — you just need to be available to be scheduled within that window.

This position may be scheduled at either our Sylva or Cullowhee location, so you’ll need to be comfortable working at both.

You must either have a Food Protection Manager Certification or be willing to obtain one. We’ll cover the cost of certification.

We’re looking for someone with a friendly, confident personality, good judgment, and the ability to handle problems well when things get busy.
